The venue walk through helps me visual and understand your vision very clearly. This will be the time to go through the flow of your day and discuss what is needed to ensure we execute your vision. The venue walk through also helps our team provide instruction and guidance to all vendors for arrival, set up and troubleshooting any questions. How do I know if a Month of coordinator is a fit for my wedding?
It is strongly encouraged that you have a wedding professional troubleshoot any fires, manage wedding day flow and assist with all the small details that a wedding day comes with. Plus, every couple needs an advocate for them on their special day, and a wedding coordinator or wedding planner is your go to!
What is the structured call within your package?
While we offer unlimited communication, the final 3-4 weeks out are the most crucial to iron out and finalizing all the details. During the structured meetings we plan out and go over every little detail for a smooth wedding day.
What's the difference in a wedding planner, wedding coordinator and venue coordinator?
This is one of my favorite questions as there is a huge difference among the three types of responsibilities. A wedding planner is with you every step of the way to research vendors, design the theme, plan all the details and coordinator the day of. A wedding coordinator jumps in after the couple has planned the hard details, finalizes any loose ends, streamlines vendor management and coordinates day of. A venue coordinator serves to troubleshoot site maintenance issues, setup the floorpan, answers questions during the venue walk through and is in constant communication with the wedding coordinator or wedding planner.
Do you travel outside of the DMV?
We love to travel to new venues and meet couples outside of our home base. We are happy to travel and will charge a travel fee.
