Our Month of Coordination package is for couples who plan their wedding but want a professional to finalize the details and coordinate a stress-free wedding day. We provide our clients with a peace of mind as no detail will be left beyond and we are passionate about serving our couples with a day to remember.
As a bonus, we are a built in BFF as we support our couples every step of the way in the final stages leading up to the special day! Let's get you married, and have fun doin' it!

Let's Chat
First, we will jump on a 30 mintue consultaion call to discuss your day and see if we are a fit for each other.

30 Days Out
At 30 days out, we start our structured meetings to finalize the deets.

Review & Sign
Then, our team will send your custom quote & contract to review and sign.

1 Day Out
One day before your special day, we get you and your VIPS prepared during a rehersal run.

Venue Walk Through
Next, we meet over coffee or a mimosa before the venue walk through.

Month of Coordination Package
Starting at $1,250
Preparation for the Wedding Day
-Venue walk-through
-Unlimited texts, calls and emails communication
-Wedding planning checklist and resources
-Creation and management of a cohesive timeline
-Creation of the floorplan as needed
-Organization of vendor arrival, set-up and/or tear-down
-20% off custom signage and rentals
Rehearsal (1 hr maximum)
-Rehearsal coordination and supervision
Wedding Day (Up to 12 hours)
-12 hours coverage on wedding day
-Two Coordinators (1 Lead Coordinator and 1 Assistant Coordinator)
-Full access to our wedding day emergency kit
-Serve as the point of contact to all vendor questions
-Welcome and direct guests throughout the transition of events
-Management and distribution of timeline
-Personal item and decor set up
-Supervision of ceremony, cocktail and reception set up per vendor contracts
-Management of important ceremony items
-Management and organization of bridal party
-Distribution of monetary gratuity to vendors
-Collection of decor items placed designated cars
